Meet The Founders
Lindsey and Anthony Passamonte are the co-founders of Pickleball Fit For Life, nationally recognized strength and conditioning coaches, and the visionaries behind the TRAX Method—an innovative training system designed to keep pickleball players moving, thriving, and enjoying the game for life. With over 30 years of combined experience in health, fitness, and performance coaching, they’ve dedicated their careers to helping people build resilient, functional bodies that last a lifetime.
Their journey into the world of pickleball fitness began with a clear observation: while the sport was exploding in popularity, so was the injury rate. Too many players were sidelined—not because of a lack of passion or skill, but because their bodies couldn’t keep up with the unique physical demands of the game. Lindsey and Anthony saw the gap and realized something had to change.
They knew the conversation around fitness in the pickleball community needed to be flipped. For too long, fitness was seen as optional or unrelated to the game itself. But in reality, fitness is the foundation: the key to preventing injuries, sustaining performance, and truly enjoying the sport for years to come.
With that belief, they launched Pickleball Fit For Life—not just a training program, but a movement. Their mission is to redefine what fitness means for the pickleball community, showing that it’s not about aesthetics or punishment, but about longevity, resilience, and joy. By integrating fitness, nutrition, and healthy habits, they’ve created a system that supports the lifestyle players are embracing—a lifestyle centered on movement, connection, and community.
Today, Lindsey and Anthony are proud to stand at the forefront of this new era of fitness, inspired by the rise of pickleball itself. Their work is rooted in the belief that every player deserves to move without pain, play without limits, and live with vitality both on and off the court.
Pickleball Fit For Life is more than a brand—it’s a promise: to train smarter, to live healthier, and to keep playing the game you love for life.
